Public Remarks: The original owners of this Tuscan-themed Masterpiece Home left no detail to chance. With materials from all over the world, design & construction evolved into a two-year undertaking. Built in 2007, this unique Ponte Vedra Beach home was the featured cover-story for Jacksonville Home & Hospitality December/January 2007/2008 issue. As you walk past solid stone pillars and enter through 13' custom-designed steel entry doors, you will be greeted to unobscured pool and lakefront views courtesy of 23' floor-to-ceiling windows. A 7000lb solid travertine fireplace had to be placed by crane before the roof was installed. The curved staircase was built on site with its ornamental wrought iron handrail leading to the theatre!
