Public Remarks: In a city known for its rich architectural diversity and range of residential styles, there is no substitute for this exceptional downtown estate. The history of its occupants is as fascinating as the house itself and you immediately see how so many happy memories have been made over the decades by the families who called it home. With over 6300 sq ft of living space, the exterior has retained its original Mediterranean Revival with an influence of Colonial style and is as stunning today as when it was built. The details are unique, the rooms generous in size and with 7 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, there is always room for the people you love. Everywhere you look you see blue skies and the water stretching out into the inlet and the ocean beyond. In the heart of a most treasured neighborhood.
